DONT COME!! This place is horrible. They dont own up to their mistakes. Weve been with them for some years until we my lendor notified us that they made a mistake. They give attitude and are rude people . When i went they were suspicious and secretive. I was waiting for 3 hours to speak to Lorena but they all had irritable faces. The secretary is a lowlife and cheazy person with a BAD ATTITUDE. She was lying and they tried to hide. When i went in , supposedly they were going to solve the problem i had and they still havent. SEEK ANOTHER ACCOUNTANT! its a big headache. DO NOT GO THERE .
Well, when we came back with a 1095 full of zero's she changed her whole story. She was extremely rude and defensive and impatient, she wouldn't allow me to call IRS to ensure there the info I had received was correct, she kicked us out of her office and said that we have to make the phone call outside. The phone call was very quick and of course, the info was correct, we then had to wait about an hour to complete what we had intended to do when we first came in for, but since the blonde lady has no people skills, no patience, no professionalism, we decided to do it with someone else in the office. She too was very hostile with us. I said to her, look lady, I know what I heard, and there's nothing you can say that will make me change my mind.
Bottom line, they are always right and you are wrong! Point blank! The only good thing is the price, $50 no matter how difficult or how simple your taxes are.

Ellos dan actitud y son personas groseras . Cuando fui eran sospechosas y secreto . Estaba esperando durante 3 horas para hablar con Lorena , pero todos ellos tenían la cara irritable . La secretaria es una mala vida, chusma, y con una mala actitud . Ella estaba mintiendo y trataba de ocultar . Cuando entré, supuestamente iban a resolver el problema que tuve y todavía no lo han hecho. BUSCEN OTRO CONTADOR ! es un gran dolor de cabeza . NO VAYAS ALLI .
Esta oficina tiene el don de enseñarnos , los errores que cometen con nosotros en otros lugares , aprecio grandemente encontrarlos y tener el conocimiento del funcionamiento del Obamacare y el uso correcto del salario , ellas son profesionales y no veo en ningún otro lugar la confianza que nos inspiran, vale la pena

I asked her if she was sure, she said, again, as long as you apply, it doesn't matter if you pay your monthly premium or not, you will not be penalized.
