This Sears store in general is, ironically, a little lacking in it's offerings despite its size. I come by here every so often for clothing needs and some house utilities.
Sears has been a great place to shop, friendly service and affordable prices makes shopping a pleasure.
It was very nice and I used my points so it didn't cost me anything and the cashier was very very professional
Went to Sears Optical and found the perfect glasses for me. The price was a little high but it was worth it nonetheless.
I will never use Sears for anything again. They are so unprofessional and they do not deliver what they offer. They sold me a service plan for all appliances in my house . They were very quick to sell this policy but I had to wait four weeks for them and still after four weeks, they had the nerve to tell me they had no appointment set for service. All they could say was oh we apologize but it will be next week when the repair man will be there. Of course I was livid because four weeks is just too much time for a family to be without a refrigerator. That's when I decided to hire another company who came out the same day to accommodate our request for service. I was very happy with this company. But I will never again contact Sears for anything. So BEWARE of Sears they do not deliver what they promise.
NEVER EVER NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM SEARS Purchased a Kenmore television in March 2017 ....6 months later it just stopped working when you press the power button the screen is just black .... took the manufacture two weeks to send someone out to say that had to order a piece that will take another week .... if that didn't fix the issue they had 3 more attempts to fix the problem ..... listen guys I have 2 kids that this tv provides me with sanity for me and my children to tell me that we will not have television for about 2 months is unacceptable.... and the fact that the television is not even a year old and is already giving us problems is ludicrous.... something that cost us close to $2000 and are still paying ..... last time i purchase anything from kenmore
