Great place and alot of friendly employees, been coming here since junior year and they always deliver.
Loves staples! Love my staples rewards! I always find what I need here. They're consistently well stocked. My only complaint is that I live way west and this is the closet Staples now, since they closed the one near FIU south. So, it's a bit if a drive.
Great store that's usually stocked with everything I need for work and school. The only minor downside are the slightly high prices. The printing services are also extremely useful and affordable when I don't have ink at home!
Watch your prices! Found items ringing in higher then marked. When asked cashier, she rudely blurted out the price it rung. When I brought the price to the manager. She explains it was from 2015 and the actual price has gone up. And made the excuse that there is thousands of products to be changed. So I offered the suggestion, not to have 4 people waiting in the front, (especially when the staff out numbered the customers), as she was eating at the register.....
Good luck getting anything done at this place. If you don't speak Spanish they hang up on you. Ricardo and consuelo were very complicated and rude. Consuelo pretended the phone was cutting out (I was on a land line) so she wouldn't have to speak to me in English.
