Waited an hour, delivery lady disorganized & incompetent. Couldn't properly use credit card reader & wrote down the information incorrectly causing the card to be declined. Called me up yelling at me & made a scene in my lobby. I called my bank & they advised me that she entered the wrong expiration date. No one apologized & it took over an hour to straighten it out. I successfully paid for the pizza. I told the owner how I was treated & he responded very belligerently & was not apologetic at all. Will not order from this company in the future.
I'm never ordering from here every again. Dirty and disgusting.
They are very rude and have very bad attitude when you call to order by phone. The pizza its ok, no big deal...is not worth it. You’ll be out of business soon. A lot of competiton. Good client service is a must.
If you are new in town (I am), you should try their pizza. It will probably be the best you find. I'll come back but will try lasagna.
I Tried to order over the phone for pick up since I read there was a long wait. They had a bad attitude & they were rude. It was very disappointing.
I was surprised. There is a strong latino/hispanic presence to cater toward around this area.
Customer service isn't happy-go-lucky. Price is reasonable. Order pick-up. The owner wants to know who is trying his pizza. He may give it to you free if it's your first visit (show ID).
Very rude. They sent the wrong order, refused to send me what I ordered or give me a refund. The delivery lady also asked me to give a cash tip for delivering everything incorrectly. Finally, I found a dead bug under my pizza. Been a customer for 7 years and this place isn't the same anymore.
Their pizza sauce doesn't taste like fake tomatoes. The toppings are placed to the end of the crust. I am a fan of thin crust which is what they do. It's not vegan or gluten free, the toppings are not organic or locally sourced but the overall taste and presentation are good.
