PLEASE BEWARE! I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA AND SOMEONE "ILLEGALLY" FORWARDED MY MAIL TO AN ADDRESS IN MIAMI.. I AM NOT LETTING THIS GO! THEY MESSED WITH THE WRONG PERSON.. ALL MY MAIL AND PACKAGES HAVE BEEN DELIVERED (SUPPOSEDLY) TO AN ADDRESS. AFTER MUCH RESEARCH AND CONTACTING THE TENANTS, (YES I DID) I HAVE UNCOVERED THAT THE SCAM IS WITHIN THE POST OFFICE, MOST LIKELY THE MAIL CARRIER!!!!!! I AM BEYOND ANGRY!!! STAY TUNED, I AM " NOT " LETTING THIS GO........
I go to this store because it's close to my house. Jose is amazing fast worker and has a good memory. Always remembers me when I go to ship my pkgs. And if I don't get Jose I usually get Paris. She is really knowledgable in what she does and is easy to talk to. Sh is especially quick on the Kiosk Machine. Lightning speed. - Michael Evans
USPS SUCKS...these morons are incapable of delivering mail in a timely manner to 647 N Greenway Drive , Coral Gables...DO YOUR JOB!
Had to come here to buy a couple of money orders. When I first entered the place it was almost empty, so I asked Paris that I needed a money order and she told me to go to the line in not a very nice way (That is why I'm not giving a 5). However, right after, Jose helped us in a very nice way and was very kind, helpful and said sorry about the inconveniences of making the line. Because of that, I raised my opinion about this place. It all comes to attitude: Paris (Bad person! Try to avoid her), Jose (Great guy and very helpful).
I went into this place during the afternoon and the employees working were rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help, mainly Paris and Jose, which isn't the way most USPS stores work. I vowed to never return to this store again, until my package got delivered to that location and i had to pick it up... i went in right as they opened to a whole new group of employees, these guys were the standard and great USPS employees i've come to know in my long time using USPS. So at this point i'm conflicted.
