It was not my day in this store, the horrible bad experience that I had,waitting for line about 1hrs or more with my baby to resolve a wrong transaction i wasted my time ,my hot food ,the supervisors do not even know where they are, bad and terrible organization from supervisor and agent....also at the dely department is always fighting about the break or who's working or not in front the customer this is not the first time , i was there around 8pm waiting for a deluxe sandwich around 20 mints because the Guy was preparing 2 sandwich with no body in line and the others lady talking and no body can help of take care of me only the Guy doing everything. Believe if I was a secret shopper this day was a completely disaster. They don't even said sorry or apologize for the time you wasted today
Standing in line for hot food the guy who was serving there took a long time to get me when I ask him what's going on he said oh I only to subs. Not hot food. He first told me I'll be with u right away. But he wasn't. Never again I'll go there
This is a decent Publix but no where near the experience I've had at other similar establishments. Staff should also be trained in the English language especially if they are in a position where they have to deal with clients on a regular basis.
The staff is quite helpful, but long lines are a big problem here. There are constant, ridiculously long and slow lines at the three or four cash registers that they usually keep open. Sometimes a manager will come and open a new register, but sometimes they just won't. They say they are short of cashiers, but it shouldn't take years to hire more people to fill those positions, should it? Furthermore, sometimes the produce is of ghastly quality.
Young people working there are very polite and respectful to clients
