Staff is great and go above and beyond to help you out and explain the different options. This bank is still family owned but their hidden perk is you don't pay no fees on ATM usage. In addition, pretty bummed about the only have one branch in Miami. One ATM in Miami Beach will be closed out once the lease is over. Overall great national bank from North Carolina.
