Very good bank, staff is not so friendly.

Very poor service over the telephone line.....its really horrible....
Needless to say, I have inquired them a hundred times about the extremely poor service, but they don't give a sh.....As long they receive their salary, they don't move a finger.
This is a great branch. Always helpful and friendly. Nice people, nice atmosphere
They told me I would be able to have internet banking some 3 months later, but after a year nothing.
I opened an account 1 year ago, and the debit card which was supposed to be received a week later has not been delivered yet!
I requested to opend a CD but they never did it.
Avoid this bank, or al least this branch for that matter.
