I would recommend serious Customer Service training for all agents and consider review of the Customer Service Supervisors for not setting example and not being available to the public's inquiries.
Customer Service Agents do not know how to deal with situations. I called because I needed an Affiliate number for my mother and had to call several times spoke to: Elena, Jani, Giovanni, Eduardo and Clarissa, They do not know how to handle situations and when asked to be escalated to a supervisor, the customer service agents were inform me that they are not available. Giovanni left me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on the call to not have to pass me to Jean, his supervisor as he informed. He also informed that there were 4 supervisors on the floor and that they were all busy to take calls from customers. Does not sound right and does not sound helpful at all, topped with him disconnecting the call after my wait on line for 15 minutes confirms the the Lack of instruction and customer service training though out ALL the agents I spoke with. I spent 2 days calling for the affiliate number and still was not able to solve the problem. Another Customer Service agent called Clarissa asked me to hold on the line that Emmanuel (supervisor was walking her way to take my call). Mus have a been a long office because she left me on hold for more than 5 minutes and then disconnected the line as well.
