My mom was transfered to this Hospital after a car accident... lucky us! Best service ever, the profesionalism of this health care team is beyond anything you can dream about. Mom had a Lumpectomy today and the bedside manner experienced was phenomenal, not to mention the medical care and attention. Intake Nurses Jackeline Rodriguez and Ricardo Diaz were professional, kind and empathetic in the delivery of medical services to our mom and made every effort to keep her comfortable and minimize her pain. Noteworthy is Nurse Ellen S. who in Nurse Jackie's quest to find a replacement support top for mom, kindly took the time to try to expedite the process. Although ultimately, it was Jackeline that saved the day, but it was nice to see them work in unison for the sake of a patient, specifically, our mom. Thank you all for making a tough situation, somewhat lighter.
Lately this hospital has been ranking extremely low than it has in the years. The last couple of times that I have been here for myself and family members, the service is horrible!!!!! The ER wait takes hours and the inside is empty. No one to receive the patients. Hospital is extremely dirty specially the ER. It is like they have forgotten about a cleaning staff. Everything is filthy! From gloves on floors , coffee stains on computers, all garbages are full, floors are disgusting, dust and dirt everywhere and linens are stained . This hospital never used to be like this. The ER staff is the worst ER staff I have ever seen. They spend the entire time gossiping loudly about patients, life and cursing. They act childish screaming and laughing while there are patients listening to them that are not being attended. I have watched patients approach them and the staff say they will help them in one minute, yet they just keep on in their conversation laughing as if the patient never went. This is just completely disappointing. My family and I will not be coming to this hospital anymore.
